Raw text isn't just split by position. LA Fish automatically assigns the date, merchant name, tax ID, VAT base, VAT rate, and total amount on the receipt image to the correct fields.
Every receipt is automatically sorted into categories (food, transport, office supplies, services, etc.). It can be matched against accounting ledger codes.
The Free tier includes 10 AI reads per month, Standard 100, Premium 1,000 and Premium Office 5,000. Pro image processing is also available on Apple Silicon Macs.
Premium Office members can send their data directly to Turkish accounting software (such as Paraşüt and Logo). Manual copy-paste becomes a thing of the past; entry errors drop and you save time.
Images sent for AI reading are deleted after processing. If you separately enable the Cloud Receipt Archive, images are stored within your plan's quota. We never store your accounting account credentials.
The mobile app is for receipt capture, personal spending, and Smart Home Memory. The Windows, macOS, and Linux apps and the web panel are for accounting use only: process and search receipts, export to Excel or accounting formats, apply rules, and send them through supported integrations. The optional LA Fish scanner speeds up bulk receipt entry.
