LA Fish's three apps and the shared cloud archiveMobile, the web panel, and the desktop app all connect two-way to a single cloud archive under the same account. Each box lists the task that app is best at and when changes become visible: instantly on web and mobile, instantly on desktop plus a full sync every 5 minutes. Receipt data exists on every device; the image is subject to the plan's storage quota. Below are the shared archive's three rules. Consent: you turn the archive on; without explicit consent, no receipt is written to the cloud. If the same receipt is open on two devices: web and mobile lock the receipt, desktop is protected by version checking. While offline: desktop keeps working, mobile queues approved receipts, the web panel does not work offline.LA Fish: Three Apps, One Cloud Archive📱 MobileCapturing it the instantyou have it — camera + approvalInstant (live connection)🌐 Web PanelNo install — opens in yourbrowser; archive and membershipInstant (live connection)🖥️ DesktopBulk reading, reports, export to accounting softwareInstant; plus a full syncevery 5 minutestwo-way live synctwo-way live sync☁️ Shared Cloud Archive — Same Account, One ListThe receipt you photograph on your phone is there when you open your computer.Receipt data is on every device; the image is subject to your plan's storage quota.Rules of the Single Archive🔐 Consent Is YoursYou turn the archive on; ifthere's no explicit consent, noreceipt is written to the cloud.🔒 Same Receipt, Two DevicesWeb and mobile lock the receipt;desktop is protected by versionchecking — no change is lost.📴 While OfflineDesktop keeps working; mobilequeues receipts. How does Smart Home Memory work?

In the mobile app, on every plan (Free included): create a folder for your home, car, or anything else. Choose its name, color, icon, or photo; put belongings, receipts, and documents inside. Add reminders for warranty, maintenance, inspection, and payment dates. Tap a notification for saved activity details, or open a folder to see everything related to it.

The web panel and desktop apps are for accounting. Smart Home Memory lives on mobile. Explore its features.

Read these four pages in order and you'll be up and running in about 15 minutes:

  1. Installation and first launch Which app to install where — or how to start right in your browser without installing anything.
  2. Creating an account and choosing a plan Registration, the email verification code, and choosing your plan.
  3. Adding a receipt Five different ways to add your first receipt.
  4. Reading and approval What happens to the receipt you captured and how you approve it.

Why is this guide split up this way? Because you can do the same task in three different places. Each page covers a single task and shows, side by side, how it's done on desktop, in the web panel, and on mobile. That way the answer to "can I do this on my phone too?" is always on the same page.

Can't find what you're looking for? You can search from the box on the left (the / key also jumps to the search box). If you're wondering which feature lives where, see the full map on the What's Where page; if you've hit an error, Troubleshooting has a solution for each message. For quick questions, see the FAQ.
