What?

The three apps use the same account but serve different tasks. Mobile includes receipt capture and Smart Home Memory; web and desktop are for accounting. The table below shows where each task belongs.

🖥️ Desktop 🌐 Web Panel 📱 Mobile All plans ~4 minutes

At a glance: three apps, three jobs

App In one sentence The moment you want to be here
🖥️ Desktop The workshop — every tool is here Month-end: correct hundreds of receipts, report on them, export to accounting
🌐 Web panel The management desk — archive, account, and payment tasks You're on another computer; you want to check your plan, remaining allowance, or archive
📱 Mobile Receipts, spending, and Smart Home Memory Capture receipts; organize homes, cars, belongings, and reminders in folders

In the table, Yes means "you can finish that task there, start to finish." If a cell says No, that button doesn't exist at all in that app — stop searching, move to the next column.

If you get stuck: If you can't find the button you're looking for, there are three possibilities, checked in order: (1) that task genuinely doesn't exist in that app — check the table above; (2) your plan doesn't cover it — in that case the button is usually visible but locked, while the accounting buttons don't appear at all if your plan isn't Premium Office; (3) the button exists, but its name is different from what you had in mind — the Glossary gives you the on-screen equivalent.

How?

You don't need to memorize the map. It's enough to know where a task starts in each app.

🖥️ Desktop — where everything is

  1. Check the top bar The buttons for adding receipts, reading, exporting, reports, rules, and accounting all sit in a single row. The action you're looking for is most likely there. The rules and accounting buttons only appear in Premium Office.
  2. Use the tabs Main · Exported · Deleted · Pending. If you've "lost" a receipt, first check whether it's just in the wrong tab.
  3. If you're not sure, open the tour The ❓ Guide button at the top right opens a walkthrough that shows every button one by one; you can jump to whichever heading you want.
  4. Tasks that land in the panel Plan, payment, and account deletion aren't done on desktop; the app sends you to the web panel. This isn't a bug, it's the design.

🌐 Web panel — the left menu is the map itself

  1. Go from the left menu Overview, Remaining Allowance, Transactions, My Receipts, Rules, Accounting, Membership, Payment, Settings. A task that isn't in the menu isn't in the panel. Rules and sending to accounting only appear in Premium Office.
  2. Don't look for adding receipts here My Receipts shows the archive, filters it, exports it, and sends it — but it doesn't add new receipts. Adding receipts is desktop's and mobile's job.
  3. Don't look for reports either There's no report screen in the panel; expense–VAT summaries are produced on desktop.
  4. Finish account tasks here Plan upgrades, payment method, downloading your data, and account deletion are in the panel's Membership, Payment, and Settings screens.

📱 Mobile — personal use and receipt flow

  1. Summary See spending and upcoming dates.
  2. Camera You capture the receipt. This is the app's core job.
  3. Review You see the fields read from your receipt, correct them, and approve.
  4. My Receipts You view the archive, search it, export it, and choose a company.
  5. Folders Organize homes, cars, belongings, documents, and reminders in Smart Home Memory.
  6. Account Plan, remaining allowance, storage, password, legal texts, and account deletion are here. Features that aren't on mobile are also listed on this screen — so you won't wonder "is it just missing for me."

Rule: when you're looking for a task you can't do on mobile, the next stop is desktop; when you're looking for an account/payment task you can't do on desktop, the next stop is the web panel. These two sentences are the summary of the whole map.

Which task is in which plan?

The table above tells you where a task is; this table tells you whether it's unlocked. The exact coverage depends on your plan and is updated over time — the binding list always lives on the Pricing and Features pages.

Task Roughly which tier What you see when it's locked
Adding receipts, local reading (QR code included), listing and correction All plans — the Free tier included —
Cloud archive, tabs, change history, search All plans —
Smart Home Memory, Spending Summary, and reports All plans —
AI reading All plans, with a monthly allowance: Free 10, Standard 100, Premium 1,000, Premium Office 5,000 documents When the allowance runs out a warning appears; on desktop you carry on with local reading, on mobile receipts wait in the queue
Exporting (universal Excel / CSV) Standard and above The button works but a plan warning appears
Defter-Beyan (GİB) export Paid plans The button works but a plan warning appears
Storage subscription (5 GB), AI add-on pack Paid plans; the storage subscription raises your space to 5 GB A condition note appears: you need to move to a paid plan first
Multi-receipt Premium and Premium Office The button is locked; a promo card opens
Accounting rules, direct sending to accounting, accounting software templates (Paraşüt, Logo, Mikro, Netsis, Luca, Zirve, Uyumsoft) Premium Office (available in Turkey only) Not shown — the buttons, screens, and template options only appear in Premium Office

ℹ️ Important: This information is for guidance only; it does not replace professional accounting advice. Regulations and amounts change, and the outcome varies by the taxpayer's specific situation. Consult your SMMM/YMM (certified accountant) for definitive action. LA Fish does not decide — it only raises flags.

If you get stuck: If you think a feature is in your plan but it looks locked or doesn't appear at all, first refresh your allowance: ↻ Refresh Entitlements on the Account screen on mobile, the Remaining Allowance screen in the panel. Plan information is kept on the server, not the device; a new purchase sometimes only lands in the app with a refresh. If it doesn't fix it, Troubleshooting.

Why is it like this?

Putting the same feature in all three places looks better at first glance, but in practice it produces screens no one uses. Building a multi-condition filter on a phone, editing a thirty-column table with your finger, or examining a chart-based report is torture. Instead, each app takes on the job it's best at.

The split isn't random, it's made according to three questions: Where is this task born? A receipt is born out on the street, so capture is on mobile. How long does this task take? Month-end correction takes hours and needs a keyboard — it's on desktop. Where should this task's record be kept? Payment, plan, and personal-data requests are tied to the account itself and must give the same result from every device — so they go in the panel.

Looking for a task in the wrong place gives the impression that something's missing from the product. This page exists precisely to prevent that impression: when you can't find something, you check here first, then write to support.
