These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between YCT Sağlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. ("Company", "we") and the person or entity using LA Fish services ("User", "you"). By using the Services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
In these Terms, "Service" refers to the entirety of the LA Fish desktop application, website, member panel, and cloud services; "User" refers to the natural or legal person registering for the Service; "Content" refers to the receipt, invoice, and document images uploaded by the User and the data extracted from them; and "Subscription" refers to the time-limited right of use associated with one of the paid plans.
LA Fish is a desktop software and cloud services suite that digitizes receipts and invoices using optical character recognition (OCR) and AI technology, extracts the relevant fields (date, merchant, VKN/TCKN tax ID, tax base, VAT, total), classifies them, exports them to formats such as Excel/CSV, and sends them to supported accounting software.
The Service is offered through the free-of-charge Free tier and the paid Standard, Premium and Premium Office plans, together with additional usage packs. Ads are shown on the Free tier (not after a "Remove Ads" purchase); no ads are shown on paid plans. The accounting integration, consisting of direct submission to accounting software, smart accounting rules and accounting software file templates, is offered only in the Premium Office plan; this integration is specific to Turkey and Premium Office is sold only in Turkey. The Premium Office plan includes help with the integration the user's accounting software needs; this help carries no commitment as to duration, scope or result. Accounting software credentials are entered by the user. The scope and limits of the plans are as specified on the website's pricing and features pages, and constitute an integral part of these Terms. LA Fish reserves the right to improve, modify, or, for reasonable grounds, discontinue part of the Service's functions.
To register for the Service, you must have legal capacity (be over 18 years of age) or be authorized to represent a legal entity. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to keep this information up to date.
Protecting the confidentiality of your account's username and password is solely your responsibility. You are responsible for all transactions carried out through your account. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, you must notify [email protected] without delay. LA Fish stores your passwords in hashed form and cannot display them as plain text under any circumstances.
Creating an account does not automatically start a free trial. Users may continue on the Free tier without starting a trial or buying a membership. Eligible Users may start a 3-day free trial with Premium plan rights when choosing a plan. During the trial, the limit is 30 AI receipt reads per day. The accounting integration is not included in the trial; no trial is offered for Premium Office.
A trial started on the web requires a payment method; no payment is collected when the trial starts. Automatic conversion to Premium is enabled initially. Unless the User turns it off in the account panel, the fee for the selected Premium billing period is collected when the trial ends. If conversion is turned off, Premium access ends with the trial and the Service continues on the Free tier; paid plan features remain unavailable until a new plan is chosen.
Trials offered through the App Store or Google Play are subject to the store's eligibility rules and the subscription terms shown at checkout. These subscriptions renew under the terms shown by the store; management and cancellation take place through the store account used for the purchase.
Paid plans purchased on the web are billed monthly or annually at the prices shown on the website in Turkish Lira, inclusive of applicable taxes. Web payments are processed by our contracted payment institution (iyzico); your card details are not stored on LA Fish servers, only the secure payment token generated by the payment institution is retained. For subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play, the price, currency, billing, and payment method are shown at checkout and managed by that store.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew under the terms shown by the relevant payment channel. For web subscriptions, a notification email is sent before renewal. If payment fails, the Service may be suspended. Web price changes are notified by email at least 30 days before their effective date; continuing to use the Service after such notice means you accept the new price. When using the direct submission feature to accounting software, you acknowledge that the credentials for the relevant software (username/password/key) are stored encrypted only on your own device, and that this information is not sent to LA Fish's servers.
All rights in the Content you upload to the Service belong to you. LA Fish processes the Content solely for the purpose of performing the Service. In the AI reading feature, the receipt image is processed temporarily and in encrypted form; it is deleted once processing is complete, once the result is delivered to you, or once the maximum retention period expires. All intellectual property rights in the LA Fish software, source code, design, brand, logo, and content belong to YCT Sağlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own business purposes; they do not involve any transfer of ownership or other rights.
If you submit comments, suggestions, or feedback regarding the Service, you agree that LA Fish may use them to improve the Service without paying any compensation.
Due to the nature of OCR and AI technologies, 100% accuracy in receipt reading is not guaranteed. It is the User's responsibility to verify the outputs before transferring them to accounting records or official filings. LA Fish cannot be held liable for accounting, tax, or similar errors based on incorrect or incomplete reading output.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"; no warranty, express or implied, is given, including as to fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free operation. The continuity of integration with third-party accounting software depends on that software's own terms and availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LA Fish's total liability arising from these Terms or from the use of the Service is limited to the total amount paid by the User for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the date the relevant claim arose. Under no circumstances is LA Fish liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, loss of reputation, or loss of data.
In the event of a breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or a security threat, LA Fish reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account; advance notice is given where possible. The User may close their account at any time; in this case, rights continue until the end of the current payment period, and the account closes at the end of that period. The export and deletion of data after termination is carried out in accordance with the periods and principles specified in the KVKK texts.
Neither party may be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to events reasonably beyond its control, such as natural disaster, fire, epidemic, war, cyberattack, infrastructure/communication outages, third-party service provider failures, and decisions of official authorities.
These Terms may be updated over time. For significant changes, notice is given by email at least 14 days before the effective date. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
The User may not assign the rights and obligations arising from this agreement to third parties without LA Fish's written consent. The invalidity of any provision of these Terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Çankaya / Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes. For Users who qualify as consumers, the jurisdiction of the relevant consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
