What?
Exporting means turning your receipts into a table: you choose a template (which program it's for) and a scope (which receipts), and a file comes down. This is the file you'll send to your accountant or upload to your program. Exporting is available on Standard and above.
The same engine runs in all three apps, but the depth of options differs. Desktop does the heavy lifting — every template, three separate scopes, editable filters. The web panel downloads the same formats using the filter on screen. Mobile handles the "quickly send the list I have" job.
| Where | Template Selection | Scope | Output |
|---|---|---|---|
| 🖥️ Desktop | Universal plus every accounting-software template | All · Filtered · Selected | Excel file (.xlsx) |
| 🌐 Web panel | Excel, CSV, and accounting-software formats | Whatever filter is currently applied on screen (company + search + date) | Downloaded to the browser as .xlsx or .csv |
| 📱 Mobile | Excel and CSV only | The current view (company + search) | Downloaded, the share menu opens |
Which format is on which plan? There's no exporting on the Free plan. Standard and Premium include general Excel (Universal (All Fields)) and CSV; accounting-software file templates (Paraşüt, Logo, Mikro, Netsis, Luca, Zirve, Uyumsoft) are on Premium Office only; on other plans these templates don't show up in the list at all. Check the Pricing page for the current breakdown.

How?
🖥️ Desktop
This is where every option lives. The export window asks three questions on a single screen: which format, which receipts, where to save.
- Prepare What You're Exporting Check the receipts you want to export in the list, or set up a filter. If you do neither, it goes through the whole list — see Search and filtering.
- Open the Window Press the ⤴️ Export button on the toolbar.
- Choose the Export Template Pick your accounting program from the Export Template box (accounting-software templates are listed on Premium Office only). The default is Universal (All Fields): it carries every field and isn't tied to any one program — it's the safest choice if you're emailing it to your accountant.
- Choose the Scope Under Which records will be exported? there are three options: All, Filtered, Selected. Each one shows how many records it currently holds. The window opens intelligently: Selected is pre-checked if you have receipts checked, otherwise Filtered is pre-checked if you have a filter on the list.
- Edit Filters (Optional) The Filters box only works while Filtered is selected. Add a condition with + Add Filter, clear them all with Clear; the right side of each row shows how many receipts that condition alone matches (≈ N matches).
- Export The button at the bottom shows how many records will come out: ⤴ Export · N records. Pressing it opens a save window; a file name in the Template_YearMonthDay_HourMinuteSecond format is suggested and the Disa_Aktarim folder is pointed to. You can change either one.
- See the Result When it's done, a box tells you how many records were written and where, and the exported receipts move to the ⤴ Exported tab.
If you get stuck: If pressing export brings up a Missing field warning saying "N rows are missing a required field," it means a column required by your chosen template (usually the merchant name or the date) is empty. Say No and correct those receipts first — exporting with a missing field can get the file rejected by the accounting program. Correction: List, detail and editing.
Need a CSV? The save window on desktop always wants an Excel file; even if you type .csv in the name, the output is saved as .xlsx. If you need an actual CSV file, download the CSV format from the web panel.
🌐 Web Panel
There's no separate export window in the panel: whatever you see on screen is what comes down. In other words, you set the scope with filters.
- Go to My Receipts In the panel, choose My Receipts from the left menu.
- Set Up the Scope Choose Company / Taxpayer at the top; then fill in Search (merchant / receipt no.), Start, and End, and press Filter. The export covers exactly this list.
- Choose the Format From the dropdown above the list: Excel (All Fields), CSV, or the name of your accounting program (programs are listed on Premium Office only).
- Download Press Export; the file lands in your browser's downloads folder. The extension is .xlsx or .csv depending on the format.
The records the panel exports are receipts in the cloud archive. If the archive is off, or no receipt has ever been uploaded for that company, the list comes up empty — see Cloud archive and multi-device.
📱 Mobile
- Set Up the View On the My Receipts screen, pick the company chip, and search if needed.
- Press Export The app asks which format you want: Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv).
- Share Once the file downloads, your phone's share menu opens; from there you save it, email it, or send it to another app.
Not on mobile: templates specific to accounting programs (Paraşüt, Logo, Mikro, Netsis, Luca, Zirve, Uyumsoft) aren't listed on the phone; if you're on Premium Office, you get those from the web panel or desktop. Filling in the GİB Defter-Beyan template isn't on mobile either — see Defter-Beyan (GİB).
⤴ The Exported Tab
Once an export finishes on desktop, those receipts leave the Main tab and move to the ⤴ Exported tab. The goal is simple: next time, the list of things to export should contain only what you haven't sent yet.
- If you want to see exported receipts in the main list too, check the Show exported too box.
- Which receipt went where, with which template, is recorded; you can see it broken down by export destination in the Exported report — see Reports.
- This tab is on every plan; exporting itself unlocks on Standard and above — Pricing.
Downloads you make from the web panel or mobile don't set this flag — they're just copies taken from the archive and don't change the receipt's status.
If you get stuck: "I exported, the list emptied out, my receipts are gone" — they didn't go anywhere. Check the ⤴ Exported tab, or check Show exported too.
If you get stuck: If you get a "too many receipts" warning on the web panel or mobile, the export is covering too wide a range at once. Narrow the date range or pick a single company and try again; exporting month by month is tidier anyway — see Month-end closing.
Why This Way?
Why do you choose a template? Because accounting programs are different enough to want the same data differently: one calls it Document No., another DOC_NO, a third Invoice No.; even column order, date format, and the decimal separator change. The template is the layer that translates the same receipt into the other side's vocabulary. If you're not sure who it's for, Universal (All Fields) is the safest bet: it doesn't drop any field.
Why does it ask for a scope? Because "export everything" is often the wrong answer. At month-end you send only that month's receipts; for one client, only that client's receipts. The three options exist for this, and showing a number next to each one is deliberate: you see how many rows will come out before you send.
Why do some receipts turn into multiple rows? If a receipt has two different VAT rates (for example, food and non-food on the same receipt), each rate is broken out into its own row in accounting formats — the rows' totals still add up to the receipt's total. If the tax base or amount for one of the rates is missing, no breakout happens and the receipt comes out as a single row; because splitting with missing data would silently inflate the total.
Why aren't amounts plain text? In the Excel output, amounts are written as real numbers — you can sum and sort them the moment you open the file. Content in text fields that starts with a character like = is neutralized, so an unexpected formula doesn't run for whoever opens the file.
Why do exported receipts go to a separate tab? Sending the same receipt a second time means a duplicate entry in accounting. Pulling an exported receipt out of the list stops you from accidentally sending it again on the next export.
