These Terms are the agreement between YCT Sağlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. ("the Company", "we") and the person using the Midpoint mobile game ("player", "you"). By installing and opening the game you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the game.
Midpoint has no registration with an email or password. Your account is tied to an anonymous identifier generated on your device. This has two consequences, and you use the game knowing both:
You may delete your account at any time from inside the app or from the Midpoint website.
Your username and (if you set one) your profile photo are visible to other players. You are responsible for that content. This section covers your username, the discriminator shown next to it, your profile photo, the friend invitations you send and any text you send to us (reports, appeals, contact messages) alike. We apply zero tolerance to:
Promoting betting is also a criminal offence. Article 5 of Turkish Law No. 7258 separately punishes advertising unlawful betting and games of chance and recruiting players or intermediaries for them. This prohibition is therefore not a matter of tone: if we establish that you have promoted betting, your account is closed permanently and without warning, and where required we report the matter to the competent authorities.
By uploading an image you grant us a limited, royalty-free, non-transferable licence to show, store and serve it to other players inside the game. This licence exists only to run the game; the image stays yours and we will not use it in advertising or in another product. Removing the photo or deleting your account ends the licence and deletes the copy on our server.
You can report a profile photo you find inappropriate with the Report button on that player's profile page. The image you report is hidden on your own screen immediately. Reports are reviewed by a human.
The Block button on the same page waits for no decision from us: you will not be matched with that player again, neither of you can send invites or friend requests, and any friendship between you is removed. You can see everyone you have blocked under Settings › Account › Blocked Players and undo it at any time. The blocked player is not notified.
If you break these Terms we may apply one or more of the following:
When a sanction is applied, its reason and duration are shown inside the app. You can appeal: the "Appeal" button on the suspension screen reaches us directly and is reviewed. If your appeal is accepted, the suspension is lifted.

If you find a bug, report it to us instead of exploiting it; we appreciate the report.
Breaching this section triggers the sanctions in section 5. In severe or repeated cases your account may be closed permanently, and coins, rewards and ranking records obtained by cheating are reversed. No refund is given for unused coins in that case.
Midpoint is a trivia game. Who wins a round depends on one thing: knowing an athlete who played for both teams and typing their name correctly before the clock runs out. The outcome is never left to a draw, a lottery, a die or any element of chance; there is no randomly awarded prize in the game and no chance mechanism that decides a result.
In practice:
Coins are an in-game unit; they have no real-world monetary value, cannot be cashed out, moved outside the game or transferred. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play; payment, refunds and cancellation follow that store's rules. No refund is given for unused coins if an account is deleted or suspended.
Coins do not buy the result. What coins buy is limited, and its rules are fixed:
No purchase ties the outcome to a draw or to probability: to win the round you still have to type the right name.
A Pro subscription is managed and cancelled through the store where it was purchased.
Player, club and era information in the game is compiled from publicly available sources and may contain errors. If you believe an answer is wrong, use the objection channel inside the app. Data is updated over time; those updates do not change your past scores.
We reserve the right to develop, change or discontinue the game. If the service is permanently discontinued we will announce it in the app and on our website a reasonable time in advance.
Team and competition names, crests, kits, trademarks and signs appearing in the game, and all related rights, belong to their respective owners. These names are used in the game for identification and informational purposes only.
Midpoint is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by any club, federation, league or brand. The crests shown in the game are not real emblems; they are abstract drawings derived from team colours.
A rights holder who believes their rights have been infringed may contact us at the address in section 16; we review every request and remove the content where required.
Midpoint is an entertainment product; the information it presents is compiled for a quiz game and does not constitute advice, consultancy or any official record.
To the extent permitted by applicable law the game is provided "as is"; we do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profit arising from use of the game.
These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, or to the extent consumer law does not permit them. Your rights under consumer law are reserved.
Midpoint is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian before making a purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Çankaya / Ankara have jurisdiction.
For players who are consumers this rule is not a limit. Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 a consumer may also apply to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court of their own place of residence; the committee of the place where the transaction was made is competent as well. Application thresholds for consumer arbitration committees are updated every year by the Ministry of Trade.
When this text changes, the version number and date above are updated. For significant changes you will be asked to accept again when the app opens.
Version 4 (9 Oct 2026): The clauses of these terms did not change. The Privacy Policy you accept together with them was updated: optional usage statistics with no personal data were added, and crash reports moved from a service abroad to our own server in Istanbul. That is why you are asked to accept again when the app opens.
